Mango Jalapeño Pico de Gallo

Created this yesterday for our dinner. We served it with fish and then enjoyed it again this morning with breakfast burritos. It was even better today!

4 Roma Tomatoes diced

½ White onion diced

1-2 Mangoes diced

2 Jalapeños pepper diced

1 Yellow Chili pepper diced

½ cup Cilantro chopped

2 Limes, juiced

Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients together let sit for a couple of hours at room temperature or in refrigerator.

Enjoy with chips, over grilled fish, chicken, quesadillas, etc…
